RETURNS AND DAMAGES

DAMAGES

We want you to be happy with your purchases.  If any of the goods are damaged please contact us by email within 3 days of order receipt.  Arrangements can then be made for the faulty item to be returned.

Upon receipt of the damaged item a full credit including return postage or replacement item will be made available.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have up to seven days to return the products unused and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to House 108.  We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping delivery is not proof of receipt.  If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

The return address will be provided following your original notification of the goods to be returned.
