POSTAGE AND PACKAGING PRICES

Standard UK Delivery - £4.95 – Delivered within 2-5 working days

Royal Mail Proirity - £ 8.00 - Delivery Guaranteed for next working day if you order before 2.00pm on a working day.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery charge within the UK is £4.95 however many items you order.

We aim to dispatch any order before 2pm Monday – Friday on the same day.  However orders received after 2pm will be sent the following working day.

Orders received at the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or on UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If no one is available to sign for delivery the postman will leave you a card advising you of the opening hours and address of your local sorting/delivery office.  Please note that your parcel will be held at the sorting office for three weeks only before it is sent back to us.  The delivery cost would then need to be charged again to get the product back out to you.

PRIORITY DELIVERY

If you just cannot wait to receive your delivery from us, we also offer guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) at a cost of £ 8.00  if you place your order before 2pm on a working day.

Orders placed at weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and on UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day and delivery will be on the day after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are very happy to send items to anywhere in the world.  Please contact us on +44(0) 845 017 1108 or email us at enquiries@house108.co.uk for shipping charges.  Please note that we will arrange for UK taxes (currently VAT at 17.5%) to be excluded from any order for dispatch outside of the European union.  However, you will need to take responsibility for any import duties on deliveries outside the UK.

ORDERING “ AWAITING STOCK” ITEMS

Any items marked ‘Awaiting Stock’ on the website usually means we are expecting stock within the next seven days.  Expected delivery dates are indicated in the product information text.

If you have placed an order where some items are in stock and some are out of stock, we will hold your whole order until all your items are ready for dispatch.  Hopefully this should be no more than a week.

If we cannot fulfill ‘Awaiting Stock’ items as quickly as we had hoped we will contact you immediately.

We like to use second hand external postage boxes as much as we can to deliver your items.  This is our small contribution to help save our environment.
